Code Ann. § 75-75-1","heading":"Secretary of state as agent for service of process.","body":"The entrance into this state for the purpose of doing business herein by any carnival, circus, fair, or any other like concern or organization, not permanently domiciled within the state, shall be deemed:\n(a) An agreement by it that it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in this state over all civil actions and proceedings against it by either a resident or nonresident plaintiff, for damages to person or property, including actions for death, growing or arising out of such use and operation; and\n(b) An appointment by the person or persons or corporation operating such firm of the Secretary of State of Mississippi as his lawful attorney and agent upon whom may be served all process in suits pertaining to such actions and proceedings; and\n(c) An agreement that any process in any suit so served shall be of the same legal force and validity as if personally served on the defendant of this state.","path":["Title 75.
