Code Ann. § 77-6-45","heading":"Bonds to be securities.","body":"Bonds issued by a municipality or the authority under the provisions of Sections 77-6-29 through 77-6-57 are hereby made securities in which all public officers and agencies of the state and all political subdivisions, all insurance companies, banking associations, investment companies, executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries may properly and legally invest funds, including capital in their control or belonging to them. Such bonds are hereby made securities which may properly and legally be deposited with and received by any officer or agency of the state or any political subdivision for any purpose for which the deposit of bonds or obligations of the state or any political subdivision is now or may hereafter be authorized by law.","path":["Title 77.
