Code Ann. § 79-11-195","heading":"Delegates.","body":"(1) A corporation may provide in its articles or bylaws for delegates having some or all of the authority of members.\n(2) The articles or bylaws may set forth provisions relating to:\n(a) The characteristics, qualifications, rights, limitations and obligations of delegates including their selection and removal;\n(b) Calling, noticing, holding and conducting meetings of delegates; and\n(c) Carrying on corporate activities during and between meetings of delegates.","path":["Title 79.
