Code Ann. § 79-15-19","heading":"Recording.","body":"The declaration of trust shall be signed and acknowledged by the initial trustees and recorded in the office of the clerk of the chancery court in the county in which the principal place of business of the investment trust is located, and also with the Secretary of State of Mississippi, and such officers are authorized to charge a fee for such recording, as in the manner and in the amount provided for the recording of articles of incorporation of business corporations.
