Code Ann. § 79-29-924","heading":"Authority to transact business.","body":"(1) A foreign professional limited liability company may not transact business in this state until it obtains a certificate of authority from the Secretary of State.\n(2) A foreign professional limited liability company may not obtain a certificate of authority unless:\n(a) Its name satisfies the requirements of Section 79-29-908;\n(b) It is formed for one or more of the purposes described in Section 79-29-904; and\n(c) All of its members would be qualified persons if the foreign professional limited liability company were a domestic professional limited liability company.","path":["Title 79.
