Code Ann. § 79-4-15.04","heading":"Amended certificate of authority.","body":"(a) A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state must obtain an amended certificate of authority from the Secretary of State if it changes:\n(1) Its corporate name;\n(2) The period of its duration;\n(3) Any of the information required by Section 79-35-5(a); or\n(4) The state or country of its incorporation.\n(b) The requirements of Section 79-4-15.03 for obtaining an original certificate of authority apply to obtaining an amended certificate under this section.","path":["Title 79.
