Code Ann. § 81-29-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:\n(a) “Lender” means a bank, savings bank, savings and loan association, credit union, small loan company, finance company, mortgage company, mortgage broker or other person who makes or services loans in this state, and any affiliate thereof, or any third party operating with the consent of the lender. A person shall not be considered a lender based on the person’s former employment with the lender.\n(b) “Person” means any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, organization, association or other legal entity.","path":["Title 81.
