The directors shall have discretion to grant to parties of interest reasonable inspection and permission to take copies of all such minutes, records and books, and such reasonable inspection and right to take copies may be ordered by the chancellor in term time or vacation, upon reasonable notice to the corporation of time and place of a hearing on any petition seeking such inspection and right to take copies.","path":["Title 81.
