Said deputy shall be commissioned by the Governor and shall be subject to the same requirements, restrictions, and qualifications as the commissioner, excepting that the bond of the deputy shall be in the penal sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), conditioned and approved in the same manner as the bond of the commissioner.","path":["Title 83.
