Code Ann. § 83-11-239","heading":"Revocation of agent’s registration.","body":"The commissioner may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any club agent’s registration for any of the following causes:\n(a) If the club agent violated any of the provisions or requirements of this article;\n(b) If the club agent has misappropriated, converted to his own use, or has illegally withheld monies required to be held in the fiduciary capacity;\n(c) If the club agent has materially misrepresented the terms or effect of any contract or has engaged in any fraudulent transaction;\n(d) If in the conduct of his affairs he has shown himself to be incompetent, untrustworthy, or a source of injury and loss to the automobile club service-buying public;\n(e) If the club agent has been convicted after registration of a crime involving moral turpitude.","path":["Title 83.
