Code Ann. § 83-24-5","heading":"Application of chapter.","body":"The proceedings authorized by this chapter may be applied to:\n(a) All insurers who are doing, or have done, an insurance business in this state, and against whom claims arising from that business may exist now or in the future.\n(b) All insurers who purport to do an insurance business in this state.\n(c) All insurers who have insureds residing in this state.\n(d) All other persons organized or in the process of organizing with the intent to do an insurance business in this state.\n(e) All nonprofit service plans and all fraternal benefit societies and beneficial societies.\n(f) All title insurance companies.\n(g) All prepaid health care delivery plans.\n(h) All corporate bodies organized for the purpose of carrying on the business of mutual insurance subject to the provisions of Section 83-31-1 et seq.\n(i) All health maintenance organizations established under Section 41-7-401.","path":["Title 83.
