Code Ann. § 9-4-13","body":"(1) The judges of the Court of Appeals shall receive salaries as provided for in Section 25-3-35 , shall be reimbursed for mileage expenses incurred in performing their duties at the rate authorized by law for public officials and employees as provided for in Section 25-3-41 , and shall receive an expense allowance as provided for in Section 25-3-43 .\n\n(2) Staff attorneys, law clerks, the opinion editor and all other employees of the Court of Appeals shall be of the same grade classification as Supreme Court employees performing the same or similar duties.","path":["MS Code","Title 9"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"4c4cb129f5f7d76a09f3d89a275c6a53ad2ce184eee5b2df2b0f867162130875","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-9-4-11","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-9-4-15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
