Code Ann. § 9-7-29","body":"(1) The Ninth Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties:\n\n(a) Issaquena County;\n\n(b) Sharkey County; and\n\n(c) Warren County.\n\n(2) The Ninth Circuit Court District shall be divided into two (2) subdistricts as follows:\n\n(a) Subdistrict 9-1 shall consist of Issaquena County, Sharkey County and the following precincts in Warren County: 3-61 Store*, American Legion Hall, Auditorium, Brunswick, Cedar Grove*, Kings*, Number 7 Fire Station*, St. Aloysius and Vicksburg Junior High School*.\n\n(b) Subdistrict 9-2 shall consist of the following precincts in Warren County: 3-61 Store*, Beechwood, Bovina, Cedar Grove*, Culkin, Elks Lodge, Goodrum, Jett, Kings*, Moose Lodge, Number 7 Fire Station*, Oak Ridge, Plumbers Hall, Redwood, Tingleville, Vicksburg Junior High School*, YMCA and Yokena.","path":["MS Code","Title 9"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"418dcf527707e33bcdb0a6b66aa04504ec9d19dabdd9033d54e1393c8d29c4cf","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-9-7-27","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-9-7-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
