Code Ann. § 9-7-37","body":"(1) The Thirteenth Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties:\n\n(a) Covington County;\n\n(b) Jasper County;\n\n(c) Simpson County; and\n\n(d) Smith County.\n\n(2) There shall be two (2) judges for the Thirteenth Circuit Court District.
