Any person found guilty of violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.\nFor the purposes of this section the term “nudity” and “public display” shall have the same meanings as those terms are defined in Section 19-5-103.","path":["Title 97.
