Code Ann. § 97-33-39","heading":"Lotteries; sale of tickets; applicability of section to games or lotteries authorized by Mississippi lottery law.","body":"If any person shall sell, or offer or expose for sale, any lottery ticket, whether the lottery be in or out of this state, or for or in any other state, territory, district, or country, he shall, on conviction, be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned in the county jail not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days, or both.\nThis section shall not apply to the operation of any game or lottery authorized by Chapter 115, Title 27.","path":["Title 97.
