{"data":{"id":"us-mt/13-13-111","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"13-13-111","heading":"Provision and use of voting stations.","body":"(1) The election administrator shall provide a sufficient number of voting stations to allow voting to proceed with as little delay as possible.\n(2) Voting stations must be arranged in a manner that will not permit any other individual to see how the elector votes or has voted.\n(3) No more than one individual may occupy a voting station at one time, except when assistance is furnished to an elector as provided by law.\n(4) An individual may not occupy a voting station longer than is reasonably necessary to prepare the elector's ballot, after which the election judges may effect the removal of the elector from the station.","path":["TITLE 13.
