{"data":{"id":"us-mt/13-16-304","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"13-16-304","heading":"Ordering in another judge -- jurisdiction.","body":"(1) If the judge of the district court in which the application is filed is for any reason disqualified from acting, the judge or a supreme court justice shall order another district judge to hear and determine the application.\n(2) The district court shall not lose jurisdiction of the case by failure to hear and determine the application within the prescribed time but shall retain jurisdiction until the cause is finally determined and the final count is made by the county recount board.","path":["TITLE 13.
