{"data":{"id":"us-mt/13-3-206","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"13-3-206","heading":"Survey of polling places to determine accessibility -- procedures.","body":"(1) The election administrator shall conduct an onsite survey of each polling place used in an election to determine whether it meets the standards for accessibility established under 13-3-205.\n(2) Each election administrator shall conduct the survey in a manner that represents the path of travel that an elector would reasonably be expected to take in order to reach the polling place on election day.\n(3) A polling place that has been surveyed pursuant to this section need not be surveyed again unless:\n(a) the conditions of accessibility change; or\n(b) the initial survey results are inaccurate.","path":["TITLE 13.
