{"data":{"id":"us-mt/13-35-241","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"13-35-241","heading":"Release of vote tally -- penalty.","body":"(1) A person may not make public the results of a vote tally from a precinct until after the polls close as provided in 13-1-106.\n(2) (a) A person who knowingly violates subsection (1) shall be imprisoned in the state prison for a term not to exceed 2 years or be fined an amount not less than $100,000 and not more than $500,000, or both.\n(b) For the purposes of this section \"knowingly\" has the meaning specified in 45-2-101.","path":["TITLE 13.
