{"data":{"id":"us-mt/13-37-602","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"13-37-602","heading":"Organization statement.","body":"(1) Within 5 days of becoming a reporting entity, the reporting entity shall certify its name and complete address with the commissioner.\n(2) A minor party qualification committee shall include the following additional information in the certification:\n(a) the name and address of the committee's treasurer;\n(b) the name and address of all officers, if any;\n(c) an organizational statement; and\n(d) the name and address of the depository designated for depositing all contributions received and disbursing all expenditures made by the minor party qualification committee.\n(3) Only a bank, credit union, savings and loan association, or building and loan association authorized to transact business in Montana may be designated as a depository under subsection (2).","path":["TITLE 13.
