{"data":{"id":"us-mt/15-70-131","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"15-70-131","heading":"Securing access to federal expenditures to repair Montana roads and bridges.","body":"(1) There is a securing access to federal expenditures to repair Montana roads and bridges account in the state special revenue fund provided for in 17-2-102.\n(2) Funds in this account are statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, to the department of transportation for:\n(a) providing state match for additional federal funds allocated to the department through federal redistribution; and\n(b) providing state match for discretionary grants awarded to the department.\n(3) (a) Total expenditures for state match authorized under this section may not exceed $15 million in a fiscal year.\n(b) Expenditures made pursuant to this section must be for construction and reconstruction prioritized by the transportation commission pursuant to 60-2-110.","path":["TITLE 15.
