{"data":{"id":"us-mt/16-11-303","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"16-11-303","heading":"License for retail sale of tobacco products -- alternative nicotine products -- vapor products.","body":"(1) A person may not sell tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products at retail, whether over the counter, by vending machine, or otherwise, without a license obtained from the department of revenue.\n(2) A license for the retail sale of tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products may be obtained from the department of revenue.\n(3) The fee collected by the department must be deposited in the general fund.","path":["TITLE 16.
