{"data":{"id":"us-mt/16-4-421","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"16-4-421","heading":"Denial of restaurant beer and wine license.","body":"(1) A restaurant beer and wine license may not be issued by the department for a premises situated within a zone of a city, town, or county where the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by ordinance, a certified copy of which has been filed with the department.\n(2) A restaurant beer and wine license may not be issued or renewed if the department finds, subject to the opportunity for a hearing pursuant to Title 2, chapter 4, part 6, that the applicant or the premises proposed for licensing fail to meet the eligibility or suitability criteria provided by law.","path":["TITLE 16.
