{"data":{"id":"us-mt/16-6-201","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"16-6-201","heading":"Jurisdiction of courts.","body":"(1) As to misdemeanor actions, the district courts of this state have concurrent jurisdiction with justice of the peace courts in all prosecutions under the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code described in 16-1-101.\n(2) The jurisdiction provided for in subsection (1) is in addition to the jurisdiction of:\n(a) justices' courts, as provided in 3-10-303;\n(b) municipal courts, as provided in 3-6-103; and\n(c) city courts, as provided in 3-11-102.","path":["TITLE 16.
