{"data":{"id":"us-mt/17-5-1650","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"17-5-1650","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(1) By December 31 of each year, the board shall publish a financial report for distribution to the governor, the legislature, and the public. Except as provided in subsection (2), distribution to the legislature is accomplished by providing a copy to a legislator on request.\n(2) Subject to 5-11-222(5), a report demonstrating the requirements of subsections (1) and (3) must be provided to the legislature in accordance with 5-11-210.\n(3) The report must include:\n(a) a statement of the board's current financial position with respect to its activities under this part;\n(b) a summary of its activities pursuant to this part during the previous year including:\n(i) a listing of the eligible governmental securities purchased by the board;\n(ii) a listing of the bonds and notes sold by the board; and\n(iii) a summary of the performance of any other investments of the board's funds received under this part;\n(c) an estimate of the levels of activities for the next year; and\n(d) a comparison of the activities during the previous year with the estimates of those activities that were made in the previous annual report.","path":["TITLE 17.
