{"data":{"id":"us-mt/17-7-122","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"17-7-122","heading":"Preparation of budget.","body":"(1) The governor shall, following the receipt of the preliminary budget from the budget director, have prepared a budget for the ensuing biennium and shall submit the budget to the legislative fiscal analyst in accordance with 17-7-112.\n(2) Legislative branch budget proposals must be included in the budget submitted by the governor without changes.\n(3) Judicial branch budget proposals must be included in the budget submitted by the governor, but expenditures above the current base budget need not be part of the balanced financial plan pursuant to 17-7-123.","path":["TITLE 17.
