{"data":{"id":"us-mt/19-17-202","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"19-17-202","heading":"Reports of board.","body":"(1) As soon as practical after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall file with the governor a report covering administration of the Volunteer Firefighters' Compensation Act for that fiscal year.\n(2) The report must include:\n(a) a statement of the accumulated cash and securities in the pension trust fund as certified by the state treasurer and the board of investments; and\n(b) the most recent published report of the actuary of the actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilities of the plan.","path":["TITLE 19.
