{"data":{"id":"us-mt/19-19-304","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"19-19-304","heading":"Gifts and money to be applied to fund.","body":"The following shall be placed in the police retirement fund and transmitted promptly to the board of trustees:\n(1) all money withheld from salaries of police officers for the violation of rules of the police department;\n(2) all bequests, gifts, or emoluments paid or given on account of any extraordinary service of a member of the police department, except when specifically allowed to be retained by the officer by the mayor, commissioners, and chief of police; and\n(3) all money derived from the provisions of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 19.
