The members are:\n(a) five registered professional nurses, including:\n(i) at least one with experience in administration, teaching, or supervision in one or more schools of nursing;\n(ii) at least one advanced practice registered nurse;\n(iii) at least one engaged in nursing practice in a rural health care facility; and\n(iv) at least one engaged in the administration, supervision, or provision of direct client care;\n(b) two practical nurses; and\n(c) one public member.\n(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.","path":["TITLE 2.
