{"data":{"id":"us-mt/2-15-1773","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"2-15-1773","heading":"Board of outfitters.","body":"(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of outfitters.\n(2) The board consists of five members:\n(a) one outfitter licensed for both hunting and fishing, representing a public land hunting and fishing outfitter knowledgeable in government permitting and preferably with a packing endorsement;\n(b) one fishing outfitter;\n(c) one outfitter representing a private land hunting outfit;\n(d) one hunting and fishing outfitter, with their business being predominately fishing; and\n(e) one public member who is a Montana-based business owner who engages in nonoutfitted business that is reliant on the local outdoor recreation industry.\n(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.","path":["TITLE 2.
