{"data":{"id":"us-mt/2-15-2047","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"2-15-2047","heading":"Determination of eligibility -- board approval -- appeals.","body":"(1) A law enforcement officer or the officer's immediate family is eligible for payment from the end of watch trust after the board established in 2-15-2044 approves the application.\n(2) A law enforcement officer or the officer's immediate family that meets the qualifications set forth in this chapter is not guaranteed or entitled to payments from the end of watch trust.\n(3) A law enforcement officer or the officer's immediate family may appeal a decision by the board.
