{"data":{"id":"us-mt/2-17-423","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"2-17-423","heading":"Rules.","body":"(1) The department of transportation may adopt and enforce reasonable rules governing the maintenance and operation of motor vehicles under control of the department.\n(2) The department shall establish reasonable rules governing:\n(a) the manner and procedure by which motor pool vehicles may be rented or leased to state officials, state agencies, or state employees;\n(b) procedures for determining when a motor pool vehicle is not available for use; and\n(c) rental charges for a motor pool vehicle that may include reimbursement of actual costs for administration, maintenance, service, operation, storage, replacement, and disposal costs.\n(3) The department shall adopt and formulate travel rules providing:\n(a) for scheduling of motor pool vehicles and filing an application for travel showing destination and date and time of departure and;\n(b) for filing a report upon completion of the trip, showing mileage traveled and date and time of return.","path":["TITLE 2.
