{"data":{"id":"us-mt/2-17-602","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"2-17-602","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Agency\" has the meaning provided for in 2-15-102.\n(2) \"Internet services provider\" means a person or an entity that provides a service, available to the public, that enables the person's or entity's customers to access the internet, purchase internet server or file-hosting services, colocate internet equipment, or use data transmission over the internet for a fee.\n(3) \"Political subdivision\" has the meaning provided for in 2-9-101.","path":["TITLE 2.
