{"data":{"id":"us-mt/2-4-304","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"2-4-304","heading":"Informal conferences and committees.","body":"(1) An agency may use informal conferences and consultations as a means of obtaining the viewpoints and advice of interested persons with respect to contemplated rulemaking.\n(2) An agency may also appoint committees of experts or interested persons or representatives of the general public to advise it with respect to any contemplated rulemaking. The powers of the committees shall be advisory only.\n(3) Nothing herein shall relieve the agency from following rulemaking procedures required by this chapter.","path":["TITLE 2.
