The purpose of the bureau is to facilitate research and publication in the area of state and local government and to maintain a liaison between political scientists and government officials through the exchange of information.\n(2) The bureau of government research may:\n(a) receive and administer gifts, donations, and bequests;\n(b) contract with individuals, organizations, and governmental agencies for cooperative endeavors; and\n(c) apply for and receive grants from public and private agencies.","path":["TITLE 20.
