{"data":{"id":"us-mt/20-26-103","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"20-26-103","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in parts 1 and 2, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Postsecondary institution\" means:\n(a) a unit of the Montana university system as defined in 20-25-201;\n(b) a Montana community college, defined and organized as provided in 20-15-101; or\n(c) an accredited tribal college located in the state of Montana.\n(2) \"Resident student\" means a person who was a resident of Montana prior to enrolling and who is attending a qualified postsecondary institution within Montana.","path":["TITLE 20.
