{"data":{"id":"us-mt/20-32-101","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"20-32-101","heading":"Purpose -- definition.","body":"(1) The purpose of this part is to establish a Montana educational telecommunications network.\n(2) For the purposes of this part, \"network\" means the Montana educational telecommunications network (METNET).\n(3) The aims of the network are to provide:\n(a) instructional and educational coursework and materials through telecommunications delivery to students in kindergarten through 12th grade in the Montana public school system;\n(b) instructional and educational coursework and materials through telecommunications delivery to students enrolled in units of the Montana university system and the community colleges;\n(c) instructional and professional development or other appropriate inservice training for teachers in the schools of the state; and\n(d) telecommunications capabilities to agencies, subdivisions of state government, and public libraries in order to improve their ability to perform their responsibilities and duties.","path":["TITLE 20.
