{"data":{"id":"us-mt/20-6-813","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"20-6-813","heading":"Public charter school access to district facilities and land.","body":"(1) A public charter school district has a right of first refusal to purchase or lease at or below fair market value a closed public school facility or property or an unused portion of a public school facility or property within the located school district.\n(2) A public charter school district may negotiate and contract at or below fair market value with a school district, the governing body of a college or university or community college, or any other public entity or for-profit or nonprofit private entity for the use of a facility for a school building.\n(3) All applicable laws governing the sale or disposition of property of a school district under 20-6-604 apply to this section.","path":["TITLE 20.
