{"data":{"id":"us-mt/22-1-203","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"22-1-203","heading":"Digital library services special revenue account.","body":"(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 to the credit of the state library to be known as the digital library services state special revenue account.\n(2) There must be deposited in the account:\n(a) quarterly payments from state agencies for use of the natural resource information system established in 90-15-301;\n(b) legislative transfers to the account; and\n(c) any funds allocated to the account.\n(3) The purpose of the fund is to provide digital library services throughout the state.","path":["TITLE 22.
