The state library commission, provided for in 22-1-101, shall adopt rules governing the composition of the federation board of trustees. A majority of the members of each federation board of trustees must be trustees of a public library, as defined in 22-1-326.\n(2) The federation membership shall appoint a coordinator of the federation who shall serve as a nonvoting member of the federation board of trustees.","path":["TITLE 22.
