{"data":{"id":"us-mt/23-2-402","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"23-2-402","heading":"Purpose -- intent.","body":"(1) The purpose of this part is to:\n(a) provide continued recreational and commercial use and enjoyment of the Smith River waterway, consistent with the river's capacity;\n(b) seek ways to minimize conflicts between river users and private landowners; and\n(c) protect the integrity of the river's water and canyon resources for future generations.\n(2) The intent of this part is to interpret and implement this part in a manner consistent with the statement of purpose for the state park system in 23-1-101.\n(3) This part may not be construed in any way to restrict a landowner's access to or use of the landowner's land, improvements, water rights, or adjacent waterways.","path":["TITLE 23.
