The Smith River waterway must be administered to:\n(1) allow the continuation of compatible existing recreational and public land uses;\n(2) maintain the opportunity to enjoy the natural scenic beauty and solitude; and\n(3) conserve fish and wildlife and scientific and recreational values.","path":["TITLE 23.
