{"data":{"id":"us-mt/23-5-180","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"23-5-180","heading":"Property subject to forfeiture.","body":"(1) The following property is subject to forfeiture:\n(a) gambling implements, apparatus, paraphernalia, slips, tickets, and devices kept, possessed, or used in violation of a provision of this chapter;\n(b) personal property not listed in subsection (1)(a), including but not limited to motor vehicles and money or negotiable instruments, kept, possessed, derived from, or used in violation of a provision of this chapter.\n(2) Personal property is not subject to forfeiture unless the owner of the property had actual or constructive knowledge of and was a consenting party to the illegal act.","path":["TITLE 23.
