{"data":{"id":"us-mt/23-5-324","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"23-5-324","heading":"Card room contractor's license -- fee -- submission of contract.","body":"(1) It is a misdemeanor for a person to enter into a contract with a licensed operator to operate one or more live card game tables on the operator's premises without obtaining a card room contractor's license from the department.\n(2) The department shall charge an annual license fee of $150 for issuing or renewing a card room contractor's license. The department shall retain the fee for administrative purposes.\n(3) The applicant shall submit at the time of application for a card room contractor's license a copy of a proposed lease agreement with a licensed operator.","path":["TITLE 23.
