{"data":{"id":"us-mt/23-7-110","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"23-7-110","heading":"Penalties.","body":"It is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 6 months, or both, to knowingly or purposely:\n(1) require an employee to sell lottery tickets, chances, or sports wagering in violation of 23-7-301(9);\n(2) violate 23-7-301(11);\n(3) sell a lottery ticket, chance, wager, or bet to a person under 18 years of age;\n(4) violate subsection (3) or (4) of 23-7-302;\n(5) serve as a commissioner, director, assistant director, employee, or licensed agent of the state lottery in violation of 23-7-306;\n(6) violate 23-7-307;\n(7) violate 23-7-310; or\n(8) influence the winning of a prize through the use of coercion, fraud, deception, or tampering with lottery or sports wagering equipment or materials.","path":["TITLE 23.
