{"data":{"id":"us-mt/27-5-324","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"27-5-324","heading":"Appeals.","body":"(1) An appeal may be taken from:\n(a) an order denying an application to compel arbitration made under 27-5-115;\n(b) an order granting an application to stay arbitration made under 27-5-115(2);\n(c) an order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;\n(d) an order modifying or correcting an award;\n(e) an order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or\n(f) a judgment entered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) The appeal must be taken in the manner and to the same extent as from orders or judgments in a civil action in district court.","path":["TITLE 27.
