{"data":{"id":"us-mt/3-1-1111","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"3-1-1111","heading":"Orders for retirement or removal.","body":"(1) Upon an order for retirement, the judicial officer must be retired with the same rights and privileges as if the officer retired pursuant to statute.\n(2) Upon an order for removal, the judicial officer must be removed from office and the officer's salary must cease from the date of the order.
