If the secretary of state finds the application complies with the provisions of this part, the secretary of state shall:\n(1) endorse on the application the word \"filed\" and the date on which the application was filed;\n(2) file the application in the secretary of state's office; and\n(3) issue a certificate of reservation to the applicant.","path":["TITLE 30.
