{"data":{"id":"us-mt/30-18-103","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"30-18-103","heading":"Scope.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), this part applies to electronic records and electronic signatures relating to a transaction.\n(2) This part does not apply to a transaction to the extent it is governed by:\n(a) a law governing the creation and execution of wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts;\n(b) Title 30, chapter 1, other than 30-1-107, and chapters 3 through 9A; and\n(c) Title 13.\n(3) This part applies to an electronic record or electronic signature otherwise excluded from the application of this part under subsection (2) to the extent it is governed by a law other than those specified in subsection (2).\n(4) A transaction subject to this part is also subject to other applicable substantive law.","path":["TITLE 30.
